Having graduated from Robert College in 1963, Hüsnü M. Özyeğin completed his undergraduate studies at the School of Civil and Construction Engineering at Oregon State University. He received his master's degree from Harvard Business School in 1969. Between 1974 and 1977, he served as a member of the Executive Board of Pamukbank, between 1977 and 1984 as General Manager and a member of the Executive Board of Pamukbank, and between 1984 and 1987 as Vice President of the Executive Board, Managing Director and General Manager of Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi. In October 1987, he founded Finansbank. Currently, he continues to serve as President of the Executive Board of Finansbank, Fiba Holding, Credit Europe Bank (Switzerland), Credit Europe Bank (the Netherlands), Credit Europe Bank (Russia) and Credit Europe Bank (Ukraine). Besides these, he is the President of the Executive Board of the Hüsnü M. Özyeğin Foundation, a member of the Executive Board of the Mother and Child Education Foundation, a member of the Advisory Board of TESEV, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Community Volunteers Foundation, President of the Executive Board of Hisar Education Foundation and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Özyeğin University.

Born in Adana, Turkey in 1969, Mr. Ali Sabancı graduated in 1991 with a degree in Politics and Economics from Tufts University (USA). He began his career as a financial analyst for Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated where he worked for two years after which he went back to study and received an MBA in International Finance from Columbia Business School in 1995. Upon his return to Turkey, Mr. Sabancı worked as a specialist at the Bahçekapı branch of Akbank T.A.S. until 1996, after which he was appointed Assistant Manager. In 1997, Mr. Sabancı began his career at H.Ö. Sabancı Holding as Head of Projects, and in June 2001, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. In March 2004, he resigned from H.Ö. Sabancı Holding A.Ş. Ali Sabancı has been Chairman of Pegasus Airlines, part of Esas Holding A.Ş. since March 2004. He is also a board member at affiliates İz Air and Air Belin. Mr. Sabancı is also a member of TÜSIAD, İSO, TAİK and TYD.

Pinar Eczacibasi graduated from the University of New Hampshire College of Engineering and Physical Science. She completed her Master's degree at Bosphorous University on finance. She started her career at Eczacibasi Group of Companies and later at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, Istanbul and has worked in Tekstil Bank as a Manager between 1988-1992 and assistant General Manager at ING Bank N.V., Barings Istanbul. Since 1998 she has been working as an independent financial consultant on wealth and asset management. She has been the representative of Schroders Group in Turkey since 2004. She is presently the President and the Chairman of the Board of "Young Professionals & Entrepreneurs" Association" Istanbul.

Professor Bhattacharyya is the Director and founder of WMG – Innovative Solutions. He has published extensively in the field of manufacturing and is advisor to many companies and organizations around the world. With many honors to his name, he was awarded a knighthood in 2003 for services to higher education and industry and was elevated to the Lords in 2004.

Prof. Erhan Erkut obtained an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of Bogazici University in 1980 and a Ph.D from Florida University in 1986. Between the years 1985 and 2005, he lectured at Alberta University. He served as guest lecturer at Geneva, Ohio State, NIDA (Bangkok), Bogazici and Sabanci Universities. He received nine education awards, including "INFORMS Teaching of Management Science Practice Award" and "3M Teaching Fellowship", as well as five awards of merit granted by the Canadian Operational Research Society. Prof.Dr. Erkut founded the applied research center named the Center for Excellence in Operations at Alberta University. Prof. Erkut, who has had more than 50 articles published in international refereed journals, served as Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration of Bilkent University between 2005 and 2007 and currently is the rector of Ozyegin University.
